Medical Intelligence

Hundreds of medical pages.
One defensible timeline.

The chronology is the exhibit that makes the treatment narrative checkable. NORBU builds it from the complete record set — every provider, every date of service, every finding, cited to the page.

What is extracted

Ten things the chronology captures.

01

Provider identification

Records are grouped by provider before sequencing, so mixed-provider PDFs don't produce duplicate or missing visits.

02

Date-of-service extraction

Every documented encounter becomes an entry with its own date.

03

Treatment sequencing

Encounters are ordered into a single continuity picture from date of loss to discharge.

04

Diagnostic findings

Imaging impressions and objective findings are captured in the interpreting provider's language.

05

Procedures

Injections, surgeries and interventions are recorded with the notes that document them.

06

Referrals

Referral chains between providers are made visible.

07

Specialist treatment

Escalation into specialty care is placed in sequence with who recommended it.

08

Treatment gaps

Intervals between dates of service are surfaced with the dates on both sides.

09

Future recommendations

Documented recommendations for continuing care are extracted where they exist.

10

Page-level citations

Every entry points to the page of the record set it came from.

FAQ

Common questions

How many pages can be processed?
Chronologies are built from complete record sets spanning hundreds of pages across multiple providers.
Are treatment gaps interpreted?
No. A gap is reported with its dates. What it means, and how to address it, is counsel's judgment.
Can the chronology be used as an exhibit?
It is produced as part of the demand package and exports alongside the indexed exhibits.

NORBU Demand provides analytical support for counsel. It does not determine legal value, predict settlement outcomes, or provide legal advice. Every observation is presented for attorney review.
